Born and raised in Jerusalem, Nati Amar Smith developed a deep passion for food and travel. From her own Moroccan and Middle Eastern roots to scores of her neighbor's cultural influences, she was exposed to some of the top restaurants and chefs in Israel where she both shared and cooked meals for many a discerning palate.
When she moved to Los Angeles, she quickly became immersed in top culinary trends and experiences. This led her to set up a vegan and gluten free bakery, serving top coffee restaurants. She now lived in Santa Barbara with her husband and twi children.
Mish is inspired by her daughter's incredible taste buds and her inseparable lovey, Mish, who has been on every trip and has become the latest official family member.
